You accept the terms and conditions while accessing the website or placing an order of purchase from hencosports.com.
The term ‘You’ here legally refers to the person accessing the website and is the buyer of the any of the product from hencosports.com.
R S International have all the rights to amend the content and the product of the website and change any rule at any point of time without prior notice to the users.
All disputes are subject to Muzaffarnagar Judiciation only.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION :

The products purchased online are sold subjected to the description available on the website.
hencosports.com assures the customers for 100% good quality of the purchased products.
The colors and size of the product may show a little difference from the product image displayed on the website.
The product color may change with the age, light and heat exposure. Claims made on color shift will not be considered under the terms of R S International.
Claim will not be made for the improper usage of the products.
A new rug product is liable to shed loose fibers under normal temperature conditions. No claims will be considered regarding the shedding of the loose fibers.

CUSTOMIZATION POLICIES :

Custom color, size, design, and pattern of the products are welcomed.
Order of Product once placed and accepted by the company will not be liable for any further customization.

PRICING TERMS :

The maximum retail price displayed against each product is inclusive of all applicable taxes at the current rates.
Freight and carriage charges are additional and subjected to be paid by the buyer.
In case of bulk purchase, deposit of 50% of the invoice is required during the order placement and the remaining can be made at least 5 days prior to the delivery.
If the full payment is not received on time then the buyer have to pay penalty on daily basis that will solely depend on the invoice amount.
Claims for lost and damage will be considered against carrier company.
R S International will not liable for delay, non-delivery and non-shipment of the product occasioned due to the act of any natural disturbance not under the control of the exporting company.
R S International has all the rights to refuse transaction process of any product or service at any time in case of online purchase of the products.
R S International have reserved the rights to revise the prices of the products at any time.

DELIVERY :

R S International do not accept cash on delivery (COD) orders.
On confirmation of the order of purchase from both the supplier and buyer, further confirmation and information regarding the delivery of the product will be made via registered email of the user.
The buyer is requested to wait for 5 – 10 days for the delivery of the product after the dispatch from the production house.
No cancellation will be accepted by R S International after 15 days of the order placement and at the time of delivery of the product.
The delivery date provided is an estimate and merely depends on the distance of the location and may vary with time. R S International endeavours to inform the buyer regarding any change in the delivery time of the product with the concerned reason of delay.
Buyer can satisfy themselves within seven days of delivery and assure the seller that the product received is in order and of expected quality.
Loss or short delivery will only be claimed on lodging of the complete documentation within seven days of delivery of the product.
After dispatch, if the buyer wishes to cancel the purchase then the 70% refund of the maximum retail price will be credited back to the buyer excluding the shipping and courier charges.
