hencosports.com is committed to your happiness. We want you to be as pleased with your purchase as we are in serving you. If you’re not happy for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 9 days of your order delivery date. In order to make your return simple and inexpensive.
Please Note :
- Any damage caused due to neglect; improper usage will not cover under the Return policy.
- Products can only be returned if they are in unused condition.
Cancellations by the customer
- In case of bulk purchase, no cancellation will be accepted after once order is finalized & advance is taken, it will depend on situation after Henco team inspection.
- In Bulk order if sample piece is made the cost of sample piece will not be returned. The cost of sample piece including courier/ shipping will be informed earlier before making the sample piece.
Refund Policy :
A) Cancelled Orders
If your payment method is Prepaid- Refund will reflect in 5-7 days depending upon your bank.
B) Returned Orders
Once the product(s) reaches back to our warehouse and completes the quality check, refund(s) shall be initiated as per below :
If your payment method is Prepaid- Refund will be initiated in 48 Hrs. and may take up to 5-7 working days depending upon your bank to reflect in your account.
